Bikini in office, micro mini in temples, churches. Fully clad in hot summer. There is a place for everything. Fine Decorum.
Same with women fashion. Long and tight clothes are not comfortable for both genders. Still they wear because it's convenient to drive, climb travel and other jobs.
But women clothing is different. There is an invisible race to look better than others.
